福建省制造业与生产性服务业协同发展的路径研究

Study on the Path of Synergistic Development of Manufacturing and Productive Service Industries in Fujian Province

“全面优化产业结构,加快构建现代产业体系”是福建省“十四五”时期的重要发展目标。在当前中低端制造业产能过剩的情况下,制造业与生产性服务业协同发展可促进生产专业化,并扩大资本和知识密集型产业的生产,这使得制造业与生产性服务业协同发展成为了优化产业结构的有效途径。基于此,针对福建省的制造业与生产性服务业协同发展的现状特点展开分析,认为当前福建省制造业与生产性服务业发展水平仍需提高,在制造业与生产性服务业协同发展上存在着制造业工艺较低端、生产性服务业发展不完善以及地区发展不均衡的制约因素,并从拉动有效需求、优化产业园区空间布局、强化顶层设计等方面提出相应对策建议。

"Optimizing industrial structure and accelerating the construction of modern industrial system"is an important development goal of Fujian Province in the 14th Five-Year Plan period.In the current situation of overcapacity in the middle and low-end manufacturing industries,the synergistic development of manufacturing and productive service industries can promote production specialization and expand the production of capital and knowledge-intensive industries,which makes the synergistic development of manufacturing and productive service industries an effective way to optimize the industrial structure.Based on this,the current situation and characteristics of the synergistic development of manufacturing and production service industries in Fujian Province are analysed,and the current level of development of manufacturing and production service industries in Fujian Province still needs to be improved.The proposed countermeasures are proposed in terms of boosting effective demand,optimizing spatial layout and strengthening top-level design.
