充分发挥中国超大规模市场优势和内需潜力,形成以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局是我国应对市场变化的必然选择。重点阐释了“双循环”新发展格局的深刻内涵和时代背景。当前我国经济中长期发展面临诸多挑战,为积极应对内外部环境变化、把握发展的主动权,进一步畅通国内经济大循环,促进国外产业加深对中国供应链和产业链的依赖,从而促进更高水平的对外开放,才能实现国内国际双循环。我国亟待解决企业面临的国内外双重压力。基于价值共创视角,从完善供需链、培育国际产能、激发创新潜能、发展数字经济四个方面为企业指明改革路径,激发企业活力,提高企业竞争力。

To give full play to the advantages of China's mega-market and the potential of domestic demand,and to form a new development pattern with the main domestic cycle and the dual domestic and international cycles promoting each other is an inevitable choice for China to cope with market changes.The new development pattern of the"double cycle"is explained with emphasis on the profound connotation and background of the times.In order to actively respond to the changes in the internal and external environment and to grasp the initiative of development,it is necessary to further open up the domestic economic cycle and promote the dependence of foreign industries on China's supply chains and industrial chains,thus promoting a higher level of opening up to the outside world in order to realise the domestic and international double cycle.China urgently needs to address the dual pressure faced by enterprises at home and abroad.Based on the perspective of value co-creation,this paper shows the reform path for enterprises in four aspects:improving the supply and demand chain,cultivating international production capacity,stimulating innovation potential and developing the digital economy,so as to stimulate the vitality of enterprises and improve their competitiveness.
