绿色低碳循环城市建设视角下嘉兴氢能产业发展研究

Development of Hydrogen Energy Industry in Jiaxing from the Perspective of Green Low Carbon Circular City Construction

氢能是目前最具发展潜力的清洁能源,随着“碳达峰”“碳中和”攻坚战的打响,国内多个地区快速推进“氢战略”。通过分析我国氢能发展情况,对比嘉兴地区发展氢能的四个优势,在政策制定、创新驱动、战略布局和人才引进等方面提出建议,加强战略布局,完善氢能政策顶层设计,促进氢能产业发展,全力打造嘉兴绿色低碳循环城市金名片。

Hydrogen energy is the most promising clean energy source at present,and with the battle of"carbon peaking"and"carbon neutrality",many regions in China are rapidly promoting"hydrogen strategy".By analyzing the development of hydrogen energy in China,comparing the four advantages of hydrogen energy development in Jiaxing,we propose suggestions in terms of policy formulation,innovation drive,strategic layout and talent introduction to strengthen the strategic layout,improve the top-level design of hydrogen energy policy,promote the development of hydrogen energy industry,and make every effort to build the golden card of Jiaxing green low-carbon recycling city.
