随着改革浪潮不断袭来,烟草行业发展速度不断加快,也逐步意识到创新发展的重要性。创新是推动企业快速发展的重要渠道,面对这一渠道烟草公司既要思考长远的发展,更要立足当前寻求变革。近年来,随着行业工作向基层的不断延伸,行业更加重视基层服务站的建设,通过基层服务站信息化建设来促进服务质量的提升,借助信息化的手段促进资源更高效精准的配置,搭建与客户的渠道从而实现双方共赢。主要探讨了两化背景下,烟草基层服务站信息化与工业化融合的发展途径。

As the wave of reform continues to hit,the tobacco industry is developing at a faster pace and is gradually realizing the importance of innovation and development.Innovation is an important channel to promote the rapid development of enterprises,and in the face of this channel tobacco companies should both think about long-term development and seek change based on the present.In recent years,as the industry's work continues to extend to the grassroots,the industry has placed greater emphasis on the construction of grassroots service stations,promoting the improvement of service quality through the construction of grassroots service stations with information technology,promoting more efficient and accurate allocation of resources by means of information technology,and building channels with customers so as to achieve a win-win situation for both sides.This paper discusses the development of the integration of informatization and industrialization in tobacco grassroots service stations in the context of industrialization.
