摘要
在充电服务网、交通网和配电网三网融合下的背景下,分析了充电站选址规划对充电站服务、交通和电网的影响,建立多维度综合评价指标体系,基于云重心评价法对电动汽车充电站选址规划进行评估。结合各指标的计算方法和云重心理论得到加权偏离度,评判选址方案偏离理想状态的程度,根据评语集的数域区间给出评价结果。最后,运用以上方法对算例中选取的5个充电站选址进行评价,所得评价结果验证了方法的可行性和有效性。
In the context of the integration of charging service network,trafic network and distribution network,the impact of charging station siting planning on charging station service,traffic and grid is analyzed,and a multi-dimensional comprehensive evaluation index system is established to evaluate the electric vehicle charging station siting planning based on the cloud centre of gravity evaluation method.Combining the calculation method of each index and the cloud centre of gravity theory to obtain the weighted deviation degree,the siting plan is judged to deviate from the ideal state,and the evaluation result is given according to the number domain interval of the comment set.Finally,the above method is applied to evaluate the five charging station sites selected in the example,and the evaluation results obtained verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
