实现碳达峰碳中和(以下简称“双碳”)是河南省深入贯彻习近平生态文明思想,立足新发展阶段,贯彻新发展理念的要求和推动高质量发展的重大任务,也是建设“双碳”先行区和示范区的重要内容。从河南省“双碳”科技创新存在的问题出发,提出了河南省重点行业实现“双碳”的科技政策创新的建议。

Achieving peak carbon and carbon neutrality(hereinafter referred to as"double carbon')is a major task for Henan Province to implement the new development concept and promote high-quality development based on the new development stage by thoroughly implementing Xi Jinping's Thought on Ecological Civilization,and is also an important element of building a"double carbon"pioneer and demonstration zone.It is also an important element of the construction of a"dual carbon"pioneer and demonstration zone.From the problems of"double carbon"science and technology innovation in Henan Province,we put forward the suggestions of science and technology policy innovation for the key industries in Henan Province to achieve"double carbon".
