With the development of production,the problem of energy has become an important issue nowadays.At the same time,the environmental damage caused by the inefficient use of energy directly threatens human life.Therefore,rational,scientific and appropriate development and utilization of energy becomes an urgent need to maintain the long-term development of human beings.Human beings should not only actively transform nature,but also give full play to their subjective initiative to protect nature,so as to realize the co-existence and co-prosperity of human beings and nature.In the face of national energy shortage and ecological environment problems caused by development,the new energy development concept of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality is put forward under the guidance of natural dialectics,which has important enlightenment for the construction of ecological civilization.
