摘要 阐述了智能化选煤的内涵、基本建设框架,在选煤大数据平台建设、智能控制、生产过程分析评价、生产经营管理、智能装备、设备全生命周期管理等方面对智能化选煤厂建设做了探索分析,并结合现状分析了现阶段智能化推进情况及困境,提出了一些建议,为智能选煤建设加快铺开提供了典型经验,为智能化改造升级提供了技术支撑,有效促进了煤炭企业绿色低碳转型、高质量发展。 The connotation and basic construction framework of intelligent coal beneficiation are explained,and the construction of intelligent coal beneficiation plant is explored and analyzed in the aspects of coal beneficiation big data plaform construction,intelligent control,production process analysis and evaluation,production and operation management,intelligent equipment,and equipment whole life cycle management,etc.The current situation is analyzed with the current situation of intelligent promotion and dilemma,and some suggestions are put forward,which provide typical experience for the construction of intelligent coal beneficiation to be spread faster and provide technical support for intelligent transformation and upgrading.It provides a typical experience for intelligent coal processing construction,provides technical support for intelligent transformation and upgrading,and effectively promotes the green and low-carbon transformation and high-quality development of coal enterprises.
