摘要 介绍了汽车后市场的格局,近些年我国汽车后市场的变化,通过对汽车后市场深入调研和分析,确定出高职院校根据市场的变化对人才培养方案的调整,对人才培养方案中课程的微调,深入探索适应当地需求的现在学徒制的培养模式经验及校企深度融合。 This paper introduces the pattern of the automotive aftermarket and the changes in China's automotive aftermarket in recent years.Through in-depth research and analysis of the automotive aftermarket,it identifies the adjustment of talent training programmes in higher education institutions according to the changes in the market,fine-tunes the curriculum in the talent training programmes,and explores the training mode of the current apprenticeship system to meet local needs and the deep integration between schools and enterprises.
