社会责任视角下电力行业人力资源管理的变革与对策

Reform and Countermeasures of Human Resource Management in Power Industry from the Perspective of Social Responsibility

企业承担社会责任是顺应时代发展、进行良性竞争的必然选择,也是塑造良好形象、获得持续竞争优势的必经之路。以电力行业为研究对象,通过文献研究分析了社会责任视角下人力资源管理的变革及挑战,并结合电力企业基于社会责任的具体实践,从社会责任的经济、法律和伦理三个维度分析其人力资源管理变革成效。并从工作氛围、招聘标准、培训机制、绩效考核、薪酬激励和员工关爱等方面,提出了社会责任视角下电力行业人力资源管理的改进建议。

With time progress and social development,enterprises pay more and more attention to the social responsibility,the enterprise strategy implementation,business performance promotion and the benign development of human resource management has a profound influence,therefore,under the background of the new era of human resource management change and its improvement countermeasures has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper takes the electric power industry as the research object,analyzes the reform and challenges of human resource management from the perspective of social responsibility through literature research,and combines the specific practice of electric power enterprises based on social responsibility,and analyzes the effectiveness of human resource management reform from the three dimensions of economy,law and ethics of social responsibility.Finally,from the aspects of working atmosphere,recruitment standards,training mechanism,performance appraisal,salary incentive and employee care,the improvement suggestion of human resource management in the electric power industry from the perspective of social responsibility is put forward.
