利用物联网温度平衡阀实现二网自动平衡的应用

摘要 水力失调是供热系统二次网中存在的常见问题,水力失调会造成严重的能源浪费、供热效率下降和用户投诉。水力失调的原因有二次网系统设计安装不当、施工队擅自更改设计施工图、管网腐蚀结垢、阀门维修保养不及时导致开度不能满足要求、管线私接混乱、用户端私放水或改动室内管线等。针对当前供热管网水力平衡失调的现状、常用的调控方法及存在的问题进行分析,利用物联网温度平衡阀的技术方案实现二网自动平衡,取得了各单元回温趋于一致、用户室温更加均衡、能耗进一步降低的良好效果。 Hydraulic imbalance is a common problem in the secondary network of heating systems,which can cause serious energy wastage,reduced heating efficiency and customer complaints.The causes of hydraulic disorders include improper design and installation of secondary network systems,unauthorized changes to the design and construction drawings by the construction team,corrosion and scaling of the pipe network,untimely maintenance of valves and failure to meet the requirements of the opening degree,disorderly private connection of pipelines,and private release of water or alteration of indoor pipelines at the user's end.In view of the current situation of the hydraulic imbalance of the heating network,the commonly used regulation and control methods and problems,the technical solution of using the temperature balance valve of the Internet of Things to realize the automatic balance of the second network has achieved a consistent return temperature of each unit,a more balanced user room temperature and a further reduction of energy consumption.
