电气自动化控制技术的应用可以在很大程度上降低工人的劳动强度,工人能够远离危险的生产区域,实现生产的远程操作。因此,电气自动化技术的应用,成为工业现代化发展的重要标志。目前,电气自动化控制技术已经在我国化工企业中得到了广泛的应用。基于此,对电气自动化控制技术的优势进行分析,并对其在化工企业生产中的应用进行了探讨。自动化控制技术具有较高的控制精度,不仅可以避免工业生产中一些可能出现的人为操作失误,提高生产的安全系数,而且可以保证生产工艺指标以及产品质量,降低企业用工成本,提高化工企业的经济效益。

The application of electrical automation control technology can reduce the labour intensity of workers to a great extent,enabling workers to stay away from dangerous production areas and realize the remote operation of production.Therefore,the application of electrical automation technology has become an important symbol of the development of industrial modernization.At present,electrical automation control technology has been widely used in chemical enterprises in China.Based on this,the advantages of electrical automation control technology are analysed,and its application in the production of chemical enterprises is discussed.Automation control technology has high control accuracy,which can not only avoid some possible human operation errors in industrial production and improve the safety coefficient of production,but also ensure the production process index as well as product quality,reduce the enterprise labor cost and improve the economic benefits of chemical enterprises.
