核心企业“整合-嵌入”视角下轨道交通产业集群技术创新能力提升路径研究——以济南、青岛轨道交通产业集群为例

Research on the Improvement Path of Technological Innovation Capability of Rail Transit Industrial Cluster from the Perspective of"Integration-Embedding"of Core Enterprises--Taking Jinan and Qingdao Rail Transit Industrial Cluster as an Example

我国轨道交通产业集群形成了优势产品供给能力,是企业技术创新的重要平台,但技术创新能力不足限制了其高质量发展。以济南、青岛两地轨道交通产业集群为例,从核心企业“整合-嵌入”视角对其技术创新现状进行比较分析,提出轨道交通产业集群具体技术创新能力提升路径,包括核心企业通过产业链垂直整合强化产业集群内企业集聚提升整体创新能力路径和核心企业通过跨界合作实现关系嵌入以获取外部资源提升集群创新能力路径。

Chinese rail transit industry clusters have formed the dominant product supply capacity and are an important platform of technological innovation.However,the lack of technological innovation ability restricts its high-quality development.Taking the rail transit industrial clusters in Jinan and Qingdao as examples,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the current technological innovation status of the core enterprises from the perspective of"integration-embedding",and puts forward the specific technological innovation capability enhancement path of the rail transit industrial clusters.It includes the core enterprises through the vertical integration of industrial chain to strengthen the clustering of enterprises in the industrial cluster to improve the overall innovation ability and the core enterprises through cross-border cooperation to achieve relationship embedding to obtain external resources to improve the innovation ability of the cluster.
