融入思政教育的妇科专科护士培训的探索与成效

Exploration and Effectiveness of Gynecological Specialty Nurse Training Integrated with Ideological and Political Education

目的:探讨融入思想政治(思政)教育的妇科专科护士培训的成效。方法:2021年7—8月中南大学湘雅三医院开展了对区域市、县医院护理骨干及本院低年资专科护士的妇科专科护士培训,通过培训小组的努力将思政教育内容融入至妇科专科护士教学中。结果:培训后护士的理论与实践成绩均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(t=5.543、3.923,P<0.05)。培训后护士的综合素质评价得分均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(t=4.124,P<0.05)。培训后护士在理论知识拓展、专业技能实践、职业操守提升、职业道德激励、工匠精神磨炼、科研探索满意度分别为86.21%、93.10%、89.66%、96.55%、96.55%、82.76%。结论:融入思政教育的妇科专科护士培训能有效提升护士的成绩、综合素质,且护士对培训的满意度较高。

Objective:To explore the effectiveness of gynecologic nurse specialist training integrated with ideological and political education.Methods:From July to August 2021,the Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University conducted gynecology specialist nurse training for nursing cadres of regional city and county hospitals and junior specialist nurses of our hospital,and through the efforts of the training team,the content of Civic Education was integrated into the teaching of gynecology specialist nurses.Results:The theoretical and practical scores of the nurses after the training were higher than those before the training,with statistically significant differences(t=5.543,3.923,P<0.05).The overall quality evaluation scores of nurses after training were higher than those before training,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.124,P<0.05).The satisfaction of nurses’theoretical knowledge expansion,professional skills practice,professional conduct enhancement,professional ethics motivation,craftsmanship refinement,and scientific research exploration after training were 86.21%,93.10%,89.66%,96.55%,96.55%,and 82.76%,respectively.Conclusion:The training of gynecological specialist nurses integrated with ideological and political education can effectively improve nurses’performance,comprehensive quality,and nurses’satisfaction with the training is high.
