聚焦解决模式在肺结核咯血患者心理护理中的应用研究

Study on the Application of the Focused Solution Model in the Psychological Care of Patients with Hemoptysis of Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的:探讨聚焦解决模式在肺结核咯血患者心理护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2020年12月信阳市传染病医院收治的62例肺结核咯血患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分组,每组各31例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予聚焦解决模式下的心理护理,比较两组患者医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)评分、护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果:护理后,两组HADS中焦虑、抑郁评分较护理前均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.111、4.099,P<0.05);护理后,观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.379,P<0.05);护理期间,两组患者并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=-1.653,P>0.05)。结论:对肺结核咯血患者实施基于聚焦解决模式下的心理护理,可有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the effectiveness of the focused solution model in the psychological care of patients with tuberculosis hemoptysis.Methods:62 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected for the study and grouped according to the random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional care,and the observation group was given psychological care under the focused solution model on the basis of the control group.The Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)scores,nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:After care,anxiety and depression scores in HADS were lower in both groups than before care,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.111,4.099,P<0.05).After care,the observation group had higher nursing satisfaction scores than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.379,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups during care(χ2=-1.653,P>0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of psychological care based on the focused solution model for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis can effectively improve negative emotions such as anxiety and depression and increase patient satisfaction with care,with high clinical value.
