汽车数据是促进智能网联汽车产业发展必不可少的“血液”与“养料”。智能网联汽车作为互联网的入口之一,成为新一代数据化信息处理平台。在汽车数据处理过程中,由于个人信息处理活动存在变量、重要数据范围具有开放性、汽车因OTA具有成长性、自动驾驶需要高精地图保持鲜度等因素,要求数据治理者应将动态治理的逻辑嵌入到汽车数据制度建设过程之中,并重新审视现有汽车产品质量及测绘活动等管理制度,为我国汽车产业的健康发展提供制度保障。

Automotive data is the essential"blood"and"nourishment"to promote the development of intelligent connected vehicle in⁃dustry.Intelligent connected vehicle has been become a new generation of information processing platform as one kind of Internet interfaces.In the processing of automotive data and building automotive data system,owing to the variables of processing activities of personal informa⁃tion,the openness of important data,the growth of automobile which has been OTA,high precision maps must be kept fresh for automatic driving,the data governors should be used the logic of dynamic governance,and re-examined the management system of automobile product quality and surveying and mapping activities,and provided institutional guarantee for the healthy development of China's automobile indus⁃try.
