摘要
近年来,具有孤立八面体结构的零维钙钛矿衍生物由于自陷激子引起的发光,产生优异和独特的光电性质,使其在光电器件(如发光二极管、光电探测器、X射线闪烁体等)中得到广泛研究与应用。尤其是在白色发光二极管领域,零维钙钛矿衍生物可以作为一种低成本、高效发光材料的理想材料。介绍了零维钙钛矿衍生物的晶体结构和光学性质,综述了改善零维钙钛矿衍生物发光性能的方法及其在白色发光二极管中的应用,最后对该材料未来的发展方向进行了展望。
In recent years,zero-dimensional(0D)perovskite derivatives with isolated octahedral structures and excellent and unique optoelectronic properties have been widely researched and applied in optoelectronic devices(such as light-emitting diode,photodetectors and X-ray scintillators)due to the luminescence caused by self-trapped excitons.Especially in the field of white light-emitting diodes,they can be ideal candidates for a low-cost,high-efficiency light-emitting materials.The crystal structure and optical properties of zero-dimensional perovskite derivatives were introduced,the methods to improve the light-emitting properties of zero-dimensional perovskite derivatives and their applications in white light-emitting diodes were reviewed,and finally the future directions of the material were discussed.
