摘要
利用溶剂热合成法制备了金属有机骨架材料UiO-67,采用后修饰法将多金属氧酸盐负载到其表面,得到UiO-67-bpy-NiMo_(11)复合材料。利用FT-IR、XRD、TGA、N_(2)物理吸附和SEM表征手段对制备的材料进行结构表征;利用自制的MOFs材料催化氧化二甲基硫醚制备二甲基亚砜,考察了五种UiO系列MOFs催化剂、溶剂种类、反应时间及氧化剂用量等对氧化反应的影响,确定最佳反应条件。结果表明,UiO-67-bpy-NiMo_(11)对二甲基硫醚的氧化反应具有优秀的催化活性,在循环使用五次后,仍然保持较好的催化活性。
The metal-organic framework material UiO-67 was prepared by solvothermal synthesis,and the polyoxometalate was loaded on its surface by the post-modification method to obtain UiO-67-bpy-NiMo_(11) composite material.The structure of the prepared material was characterized by FT-IR,XRD,TGA,N_(2) physical adsorption and SEM characterization methods.The self-made MOFs material was used to catalyze the oxidation of dimethyl sulfide(DMS)to prepare dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO).The effects of five UiO series MOFs catalysts,solvent types,reactions time and the amount of oxidant on the oxidation reaction were investigated to determine the optimal reaction conditions.The results showed that UiO-67-bpy-NiMo_(11) had excellent catalytic activity for the oxidation reaction of dimethyl sulfide,and it still maintained good catalytic activity after being recycled for five times.
