锐钛矿相二氧化钛纳米棒的制备及其光催化性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 以Ti(SO_(4))_(2)为钛源制备过氧钛酸水溶液,再以过氧钛酸水溶液为前驱体,利用低温水热法制备出纳米棒状锐钛矿相TiO_(2)溶胶。通过X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、紫外-可见吸收光谱对所制备的TiO_(2)溶胶的表面形貌和光学性质进行表征,利用TiO_(2)溶胶在紫外光下对甲基橙的光降解效果和可见光下对亚甲基蓝的光降解效果来评价样品的光催化活性。结果表明,制备的TiO_(2)溶胶尺寸均一,为标准的锐钛矿型;在紫外光下对甲基橙的光降解效果160min可达到91.4%,在可见光下对亚甲基蓝的光降解效果150min可达到14.3%。 Using Ti(SO_(4))_(2) as titanium source to prepare peroxytitanate aqueous solution,and then using peroxytitanate aqueous solution as precursor,anatase phase titanium dioxide sol was prepared by low temperature hydrothermal method.By X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy,the surface morphology and optical properties of the prepared titanium dioxide sol were characterized.Using the photodegradation effects of methyl orange under UV light and methylene blue under visible light by TiO_(2) sol to evaluate the photocatalytic activity of the samples.The results showed that the prepared titania sol was uniformly sized and had a standard anatase type.The photodegradation effect of methyl orange could reach 91.4%in 160min under UV light,and that of methylene blue could reach 14.3%in 150min under visible light.
