摘要
目的探索以学生为中心的强化分层教学的多元化规培带教模式在肾病科的构建及其效果评价。方法选取2019年—2020年北京中医药大学第三附属医院肾病科轮转规培生40名,随机分为2组,其中对照组采用填鸭式传统教学模式授课,实验组在传统教学模式基础上采用专家组导师制强化分层多元化教学模式。出科时给予出科考试及问卷调查,多角度对教学效果进行评估。结果实验组的问诊能力、肾内科知识点掌握情况及临床思辨能力较对照组均有显著提高(P<0.05);且实验组教学满意度、学习主动性及学习兴趣较对照组也有显著提高(P<0.05)。结论本研究所应用的,以学生为中心强化分层教学的多元化规培带教模式,能调动学生轮转过程中的学习主动性和学习兴趣,帮助学生掌握与巩固肾病科中西医专业知识,加深学生对疑难问题的思考与理解,从而获得更好的教学效果。
Objective To explore the construction and effect evaluation of the student-centered strengthen hierarchical standardized training teaching mode in the nephrology department.Methods From 2019 to 2020,40 rotating standardized training students in ne-phrology department of The Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given the traditional spoon-feeding teaching mode,while the experimental group was given the strengthen hierarchical multi-level teaching mode of expert group tutorial system on the basis of the traditional teaching mode.Outpa-tient examination and questionnaire survey were used to evaluate the teaching effect from multiple angles.Results Compared with the control group,the inquiry ability,knowledge of nephrology and clinical thinking ability of the experimental group were significantly im-proved(P<0.05),as well as the teaching satisfaction,learning initiative and learning interest(P<0.05).Conclusion The student-centered strengthen hierarchical standardized training teaching mode applied in this research can mobilize students’learning initia-tive and interest in the process of rotation,help students master the professional knowledge of Chinese and western medicine related to nephrology,and deepen their thinking and understanding of difficult problems to obtain better teaching effect.
