独活寄生汤联合隔姜灸治疗慢性非特异性腰痛临床观察

The Effect of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction Combined with Ginger Partitioned Moxibustion in the Treatment of Chronic Nonspecific Low Back Pain

目的研究独活寄生汤联合隔姜灸治疗慢性非特异性腰痛临床应用效果。方法选择2020年10月—2022年2月福建医科大学附属闽东医院收治的120例慢性非特异性腰痛患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。观察组采用独活寄生汤联合隔姜灸治疗,对照组采用单一独活寄生汤治疗。对患者的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、日本矫形外科学会(JOA)评分、健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)评分以及患者满意度进行评估。结果治疗后,观察组患者JOA评分、SF-36评分高于治疗前,VAS评分明显低于治疗前,且观察组JOA评分、SF-36评分、VAS评分优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度为91.67%(55/60),高于对照组的75.00%(45/60),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于单一使用独活寄生汤,独活寄生汤联合隔姜灸具有更好的治疗效果,可以明显改善患者腰部疼痛、提高患者生活质量,具有显著的临床应用价值。

Objective To study the effect of Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with ginger partitioned moxibustion in the treatment of chronic nonspecific low back pain.Methods 120 patients with nonspecific low back pain treated in Mindong Hospital Affiliated to Fu-jian Medical University from October 2020 to February 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with ginger partitioned moxibustion,and the control group was treated with simple Duhuo Jisheng decoction.The scores of visual analogue scale(VAS),Japanese orthopae-dic association(JOA),36-item short-form(SF-36)and patient satisfaction were evaluated.Results After treatment,the scores of JOA and SF-36 of the observation group were higher than those before treatment.The VAS score was significantly lower than that before treatment.The JOA score,SF-36 score,and VAS score of the observation group were better than those of the control group.All the dif-ferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,after treatment,the patient satisfaction in the observation group was 91.67%(55/60),which was higher than 75.00%(45/60)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the simple use of Duhuo Jisheng decoction,Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with ginger partitioned moxibustion has better therapeutic effect.It can significantly improve the lumbar pain and life quality of patients and has significant clinical application value.
