开四关联合长蛇灸治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期临床观察

The Effect of Kai Siguan Combined with Snake-like Moxibustion on Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探索针刺四关穴联合长蛇灸治疗肺脾肾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者的临床效果。方法选取2020年10月—2022年1月于南昌市洪都中医院就诊的60例肺脾肾气虚型COPD稳定期患者作为研究对象,用抽签法,按1∶1分成对照组(氧疗、沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂)、试验组(氧疗、沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂加针刺四关穴联合长蛇灸疗法),各30例进行治疗,6个月后对比2组患者的肺功能关键指标、中医症状积分以及总体效果。结果试验组在提高肺功能、改善中医症状上明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率为90.00%(27/30),高于对照组的73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用开四关结合长蛇灸能增强肺脾肾气虚型COPD稳定期患者的肺功能,缓解临床症状,疗法简便、安全、有效。

Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture at Siguan acupoint combined with snake-like moxibustion on chronic ob-structive pulmonary disease(COPD)in stable stage.Methods From October 2020 to January 2022,60 cases of stable COPD with lung,spleen and kidney qi deficiency in Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into con-trol group and experimental group on average by drawing lots.The control group was adopted oxygen therapy,salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation,and the experimental group adopted acupuncture at Siguan acupoint combined with snake-like moxibustion on the basis of the control group.After six months,the key indexes of pulmonary function,TCM symptom score and overall therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results The experimental group was better than the con-trol group in improving lung function and TCM symptom,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the experimental group was 90.00%(27/30),which was higher than 73.33%(22/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Kai Siguan combined with snake-like moxibustion can enhance the lung function of stable COPD patients with lung,spleen and kidney qi deficiency and relieve the clinical symptoms.It is simple,safe and effective.
