苍术熏蒸在医院经空气传播疾病防控的应用

摘要 目的观察中药苍术熏蒸空气净化消毒的效果,探讨苍术熏蒸在医院经空气传播疾病防控中的作用。方法本研究选取江西省萍乡市中医院的呼吸内科、产房、发热门诊、预检分诊区域的8个房间,分成观察组与对照组,对照组使用移动式紫外线灯进行空气消毒,观察组使用中药苍术烟熏进行空气消毒,在内科走廊、收费大厅采用观察组方法。2组消毒前后均进行空气采样送检。检测2种消毒方法的效果以及作用持续时间,并进行对比、分析与评价。结果2组消毒前空气中菌落数量相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组消毒后立即时、消毒后1 h、消毒后2 h、消毒后4 h检测的空气中菌落数量比较,观察组菌落数量显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苍术熏蒸健康无害,操作简便,消毒效果优于紫外线消毒,维持时间长,能有效减少医疗区域的病菌菌落数量,对医院经空气传播疾病防控工作有益。 Objective To observe the effect of Chinese medicine Atractylodes Rhizome fumigation on air purification and disinfection and its role in the prevention and control of airborne diseases in hospitals.Methods Eight rooms in respiratory department,delivery room,fever clinic and preliminary triage area of Pingxiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into ob⁃servation group and control group.The control group used mobile ultraviolet lamp for air disinfection,while the observation group used Atractylodes Rhizome fumigation.The method of the observation group was used in respiratory department corridor and toll hall.Air samples were detected before and after disinfection.The disinfection effect and duration of the two disinfection methods were com⁃pared,analyzed and evaluated.Results There was no significant difference in the number of bacterial colonies in the air between the two groups before disinfection(P>0.05).The number of bacterial colonies in the air detected immediately,1 h,2 h and 4h after disin⁃fection in the observation group was both significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Atractylodes Rhizome fumigation is healthy,harmless and easy to operate.Its disinfection effect is better than ultraviolet disinfection,and lasts for a long time.It can effectively reduce the number of bacterial colonies in medical areas,and is beneficial to the prevention and control of airborne diseases in hospitals.
