基于肠道菌群学说的中医药治疗抑郁症研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Depression Based on Intestinal Flora Theory

抑郁症是临床常见的精神疾患,已成为严重的公共健康问题。肠道菌群失调与抑郁症发病密切相关。肠道菌群主要通过与“肠-脑轴”交互,影响抑郁症的发生和发展。目前西医主要应用药物治疗抑郁症,但不良反应较大。中医药治疗抑郁症安全性高、不良反应少,具有独特优势。作者从单味中药及其有效成分、中药复方以及针灸3个方面,对近5年来中医药治疗抑郁症的文献进行综述,梳理了中医药通过干预肠道菌群发挥抗抑郁作用的机制及临床效果,为中医药防治抑郁症提供理论和科学依据。

Depression is a common clinical mental disorder and has become a serious public health problem.Studies have shown that the imbalance of intestinal flora is closely related to the onset of depression.Intestinal flora mainly affects the occurrence and develop-ment of depression through the interaction with“gut-brain axis”.At present,Western medicine mainly uses drugs to treat depression,but the side effects are severe.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is a safe way to treat depression and has fewer untoward reactions with a special preponderance.From three aspects of single Chinese medicine and its effective components,TCM compound and acu-puncture,the author summed up the TCM literature in the treatment of depression in the past five years and arranged the mechanism and treatment effect of TCM intervention on intestinal flora,offering a theoretical and scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of depression with TCM.
