田家沙河防洪体系存在问题及治理措施

田家沙河是一条季节性山洪沟道,沟道平时无水,上游植被较差,下游行洪不畅,汛期每年七、八月份降雨量相对集中容易形成局部暴雨,经快速汇流形成洪水,山洪特点突发性强、区域性强、季节性强、历时性短。通过防洪治理,提高了沟道两岸集中居民点、耕地等设施的防洪能力,疏通了下游洪水通道,与讨赖河形成了该区域统一完整山洪防御整体。田家沙河防洪治理工程的实施,为平时无水,汛期季节性行洪的山洪沟道防洪治理提供了一定借鉴意义。

Tianjia Sand River is a seasonal mountain flood channel.The channel is usually dry,with poor vegetation upstream and poor flood discharge downstream.During the flood season,the rainfall is relatively concentrated in July and August,which easily leads to local heavy rain.This quickly converges and forms floods.The characteristics of mountain torrents are suddenness,regional concentration,seasonality,and short duration.Through flood control,the flood control ability of the facilities such as concentrated residential areas and farmland on both sides of the channel is improved,and the downstream flood channel is dredged,which forms a unified and complete mountain flood defense whole with the Taolai River in the region.The implementation of Tianjia Sand River flood control project provides a certain reference for flood control of mountain flood channel in normal times and seasonal flood season.
