节水改造工程中渠道防渗技术应用

Application of Channel Seepage Control Technology in Water Saving Reconstruction Project

摘要 为改善新疆博斯腾灌区的开来灌区、小巴仑灌区的渠系建筑物老旧和渠道渗漏造成大量水资源流失的现状,分析灌区渠道运行的现状及造成渠道渗漏的原因,发现渠道存在地质透水性强、护渠材料防渗性差以及生物、人为破坏等问题。针对不同区段的实际工程情况,采用混凝土现浇与苯板结合的渠道防渗技术同时铺设复合土工膜,以有效解决灌区老旧渠道渗漏的问题并达到防冻的目的。渠道防渗施工技术在开来渠灌区、小巴仑渠灌区节水改造工程中应用后,渠道输水效果得到了明显的改善,减少了水资源浪费,提高水资源利用率,也产生了一定的经济效益和社会效益。 In order to improve the current situation of aging canal structures and significant water loss caused by canal leakage in the Kailai and Xiaobalun irrigation districts of the Bositeng irrigation area in Xinjiang,an analysis of the current operation of the irrigation district canals and the causes of canal leakage was conducted.Through the analysis of the operation status of the river channel in the irrigation area and the causes of river leakage,it is found that there are some problems in the river channel,such as strong geological permeability,poor seepage resistance of canal protection materials,biological damage and man-made damage.According to the actual engineering situation of different sections,the channel seepage prevention technology combined with cast-in-place concrete and benzene plate is adopted,and the composite geomemofilm is laid at the same time,which can effectively solve the leakage problem of old channels in the irrigation area and achieve the purpose of frost prevention.After the application of the channel seepage control construction technology in the water-saving reconstruction project of Kailai and Xiaobalun irrigation areas,the effect of channel water transmission has been significantly improved,reducing the waste of water resources,improving the utilization rate of water resources,and also producing certain economic and social benefits.
