摘要
以位于乐安河左岸的镇桥联圩塔山村的塔山排涝站为例,在概述排涝站运行现状的基础上,对其拦污栅拦截河道漂浮物及清污机理展开分析,在得出各类漂浮物过栅概率的同时,结合实践经验,提出增设回转式清污机的改进思路,并对该方案实施过程中所必需的拦污栅及牵引装置改造、栅顶运转机构增设、耙齿及刮污装置设计等配套措施展开探讨,可作为类似排涝站工程拦污栅清污改造的借鉴参考。
Taking Tashan Drainage Station located on the left bank of the Le'an River as an example,based on an overview of the current operation status of the drainage station,the mechanism of its sewage barrier intercepting floating objects in the river channel and cleaning up pollution is analyzed in this paper.While obtaining the probability of various types of floating debris passing through the trash rack,combined with practical experience,the improvement idea of adding a rotary trash rack is proposed.In the process of implementation of the scheme,the necessary measures such as the transformation of the sewage grid and traction device,the addition of the operation mechanism of the grid top,the design of the rake and the scraping device are discussed,which can be used as a reference for the similar drainage station project.
