摘要
针对引水隧洞的表观缺陷检测难度大的问题,文中通过机器人搭载三维激光扫描仪对隧洞缺陷分布特点进行智能检测,就缺陷产生的原理进行了剖析。结果发现引水隧洞共发现裂缝、渗水等缺陷108处,渗漏点19处,主要分布于下平段后段位置;裂缝89条,分布最密集区域位于下平段380~480 m范围内,洞底裂缝数量较少,左、右洞腰裂缝数量基本相当。三维激光扫描仪对隧洞缺陷进行检测效率高,可应用推广。
In order to solve the problem of difficult to detect the surface defects of water diversion tunnel,the principle of the defects by intelligent detection of the distribution characteristics of the defects of the tunnel with the robot equipped with a three-dimensional laser scanner are analyzed in this paper.The results show that there are 108 cracks and water leakage defects in the diversion tunnel.and 19 leakage points,which are mainly distributed in the back part of the lower level section.There are 89 cracks,the most of which densely distributed in the area of 380~480 m in the lower level section.The number of cracks at the bottom of the tunnel is relatively small.The number of cracks at the waist of the left and right tunnel is basically the same.Three-dimensional laser scanner has high efficiency in detecting tunnel defects and can be applied and popularized.
