河道管理保护主要是贯彻、宣传中华人民共和国河道管理相关法律法规;河道管理人员主要负责区域性河道及其配套工程设施管理、维修、养护以及管理范围内各类建设项目审查。文章根据腾蛟水河道现状及存在的主要问题,制定河道管理保护目标、方案,从水资源保护,排污口整治,工业污染及城镇、农村生产生活污染防治等方面阐述河道治理保护措施。

River course management and protection mainly means implementing and publicizing relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China on river course management.River course management personnel are mainly responsible for the management,maintenance and review of various construction projects within the scope of regional river management and its supporting engineering facilities.According to the current situation and the main problems of Tengjiao River channel,the paper formulated the objectives and plans of river management and protection,and expounded the river management and protection measures from the aspects of water resource protection,sewage outlet regulation,industrial pollution and the prevention and control of urban and rural production and living pollution.
