数字金融助推新能源产业高质量发展:优势、困境、对策

数字金融发挥为新能源产业扩大融资范围、缓解融资约束、降低融资成本、加大新能源投资力度、满足投资需求、优化经济结构、促进新能源产业绿色创新等优势,能够与新能源产业完美结合。数字金融在促进新能源产业发展过程中存在数字化转型上的激励支持政策不多、数字基础设施建设薄弱、技术创新支持不够、监管不到位等困境,本文提出以产业数字化为核心,推进新能源产业数字化转型升级;建设数字化基础设施,形成“新能源产业+科技+金融”协同发展的生态体系;加大对新能源技术研发的支持力度,加强国际合作;建立健全数字金融相关法律法规,完善数字金融监管体系等对策,助推新能源产业高质量发展。

Digital finance plays the advantages of expanding the scope of financing for the new energy industry,alleviating financing constraints,reducing financing costs,increasing new energy investment,meeting investment demands,optimizing economic structure,and promoting green innovation in the new energy industry,so that it can be perfectly integrated with the new energy industry.In the process of promoting the development of the new energy industry,digitalfinance has few incentives to support the digital transformation,weak digital infrastructure construction,insufficient support for technological innovation and inadequate supervision,etc.It is proposed to promote the digital transformation and upgrading of the new energy industry with industrial digitization as the core,to build digital infrastructure and form a coordinated development ecosystem of“new energy industry+technology+finance”,to increase support for research and development of new energy technologies and strengthen international cooperation,as well as establish sound laws and regulations on digitalfinance and improve the regulatory systems of digitalfinance,etc.,which can boost the high-quality development of new energy industry.
