摘要
数字经济红利为高质量发展赋能增效,企业管理水平对长期经济增长具有积极意义,数字经济时代下企业生存发展的关键就是数字化转型。本文以数字经济时代为背景,推动企业管理模式创新为导向,在系统梳理企业管理经典理论研究的基础上,结合数字经济时代企业管理边界突破的趋势与路径,进而总结新形势下企业数字化转型的动因、内涵以及与之相关的基础问题。本文分析企业管理转型的关键因素,并提出企业管理模式的改善对策,以期为企业管理创新与可持续发展提供决策支持。
Dividends of the digital economy empower and increase efficiency for high-quality development.The level of enterprise management has a positive impact on long-term economic growth,and the key to the survival and development of enterprises in the era of the digital economy is digital transformation.The article takes the era of the digital economy as the background,promotes the innovation of enterprise management models as the orientation,based on systematically combing the classical theoretical research on enterprise management,combines the trends and paths of enterprise management boundary breakthrough in the era of the digital economy,and then summarizes the motives,connotations and the basic problems related to the digital transformation of enterprises under the new situation.This paper analyses the key factors of enterprise management transformation,and in this way puts forward improvement countermeasures for enterprise management models,to provide decision support for enterprise management innovation and sustainable development.
