摘要
基于2011—2020年闽台两地的面板数据,本文以“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”新发展理念为指引,针对两地统计现状建立高质量发展评价指标体系,首创性地将闽台纳入同一指标体系下进行比较,综合运用熵值法与线性加权法对两地的高质量发展水平进行测度。研究发现,2011—2020年闽台高质量发展水平分别增长91.96%与13.61%。福建相对台湾地区在高质量发展上的差距明显缩小。截至2020年,台湾地区在创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享维度上的高质量发展水平分别是福建省的1.70倍、2.26倍、2.28倍、15.00倍和1.33倍。基于测度结果,本研究有利于观察和把握闽台高质量发展的演化历程和各自内在的动态结构,并指出福建省的不足,以期为福建省高质量发展提供切实有效的政策建议。
Based on the panel data of Fujian and Taiwan region from 2011 to 2020,this paper takes the new development concepts of“innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing”as the guide,establishes the evaluation index system of high-quality development for the current situation of statistics of the two places,and creatively includes Fujian and Taiwan region in the same index system for comparison.The study compares the level of high-quality development of Fujian and Taiwan region under the same index system and measures the level of high-quality development of the two places by using the entropy method and linear weighting method.The studyfinds that the level of high-quality development in Fujian and Taiwan region will increase by 91.96%and 13.61%respectively from 2011 to 2020.The gap in high-quality development between Fujian Province and Taiwan Province has significantly narrowed.As of 2020,Taiwan Province’s high-quality development level in the dimensions of innovation,coordination,green,openness,and sharing is 1.70,2.26,2.28,15.00,and 1.33 times higher than that of Fujian Province,respectively.Based on the measurement results,this study is conducive to observing and grasping the evolution of high-quality development in Fujian and Taiwan region and their respective intrinsic dynamic structures,as well as pointing out the shortcomings of Fujian Province,to provide practical and effective policy recommendations for the high-quality development in Fujian Province.
