摘要
为提高海洋钻修井钢丝绳的安全性,需加强对钢丝绳的实时在线定量监测。利用磁偶极子模型模拟磁记忆式弱磁检测信号产生机理及规律,并将钻修井钢丝绳在线监测装备现场试用。结果表明:该技术能准确检测出钢丝绳缺陷数量、损伤量及位置信息;钻修井钢丝绳在线监测装备适用性较强,可为后续海洋石油作业用钢丝绳实时监测提供借鉴。
In order to improve the safety of wire rope for offshore drilling and workover,it is necessary to strengthen the real-time online and quantitative monitoring of wire rope.The magnetic dipole model is used to simulate mechanism and law of magnetic memory weak magnetic detection signal,and the on-line monitoring equipment is put into field trial.The results show that the technology can accurately detect the number,damage amount and location of defects in wire rope;The equipment has strong applicability,which can provide reference for the real-time monitoring of wire rope for subsequent offshore oil operations.
