电池盖板钎焊超声波C扫描层析成像检测研究

摘要 采用超声波C扫描层析成像技术对电池盖板的钎焊接头进行检测,对检测结果进行逐层切片成像,并对扫描结果进行分析和比对,能有效识别出工件内部缺陷,切片成像后的定量更加准确。研究结论表明,超声波C扫描层析成像技术能够有效检测电池盖板钎焊接头的质量,具有较高的可行性和准确性,提升了整体缺陷识别率和缺陷尺寸的定量精度。此研究为电池盖板钎焊检测提供了一种新的方法,并为相关领域的研究提供了参考。 In this study,ultrasonic C-scan tomography was used to detect the brazed joint of the battery cover plate.During the experiment,the detection results were sliced layer by layer,and the scanning results were analyzed and compared.The defects inside the workpiece were effectively identified,and the quantification after cutting into imaging was more accurate.The research results show that the ultrasonic C-scan tomography technology can effectively detect the quality of the brazed joint of the battery cover plate,has high feasibility and accuracy,and improves the overall defect recognition rate and the quantitative accuracy of the defect size.This study provides a new method for brazing detection of battery cover plate and provides a referencefor researchinrelated fields.
