扶正健脾汤联合推拿捏脊治疗小儿厌食症的疗效

Effect of Fuzheng Jianpi Decoction Combined with Massage and Chiropractic in the Treatment of Children with Anorexia

目的观察扶正健脾汤联合推拿捏脊治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法选择龙岩市中医院2020年1月—2022年5月收治的60例厌食症患儿,根据随机数字表法分为单一治疗组和联合治疗组各30例。单一治疗组单一给予扶正健脾汤治疗,联合治疗组给予扶正健脾汤联合推拿捏脊治疗。观察并比较两组临床疗效,以及治疗前后中医证候评分、身高、体质量情况。结果治疗后两组中医证候评分均较治疗前降低,且联合治疗组低于单一治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后联合治疗组平均体质量重于单一治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后平均身高差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。联合治疗组治疗效果优于单一治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扶正健脾汤联合推拿捏脊治疗小儿厌食症,较单一使用扶正健脾汤具有更好的疗效,可进一步改善患儿临床症状,促进体质量增加,值得推广使用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Fuzheng Jianpi Decoction combined with massage and chiropraction in the treatment of anorexia in children. Methods Sixty children with anorexia admitted to Longyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to May 2022 were randomly divided into a single treatment group and a combined treatment group, with 30 cases each, based on a random number table method.The single treatment group was treated with Fuzheng Jianpi Decoction alone, while the combined treatment group was treated with Fuzheng Jianpi Decoction combined with massage and chiropraction. Observe and compare the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) syndrome scores, height, body mass, and clinical efficacy before and after treatment between the two groups. Results After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of both groups significantly decreased compared to before treatment, and the combined treatment group was significantly lower than the single treatment group(P<0.05). After treatment, the average body mass of the combined treatment group was significantly heavier than that of the single treatment group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in average height between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05). The treatment effect of the combined treatment group was significantly better than that of the single treatment group(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of Fuzheng Jianpi Decoction and massage and chiropractic therapy has a better therapeutic effect on pediatric anorexia compared to the single use of Fuzheng Jianpi Decoction. It can further improve the clinical symptoms of children, increase body mass, and is worth promoting and using.
