奥马哈系统护理在老年髋关节置换术患者中的应用效果

Effect of Omaha System Nursing in Elderly Patients Undergoing Hip Joint Replacement

目的 探讨对老年髋关节置换术患者实施奥马哈系统护理的效果。方法 选取2020年6月—2022年12月在中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九〇九医院/厦门大学附属东南医院行髋关节置换术的100例老年患者,采取随机数表法分成观察组和对照组各50例。对照组给予髋关节置换术临床常规护理。观察组给予以奥马哈系统为理论框架的临床护理。评估并比较两组不同时间点神经-肌肉-骨骼问题效果评分、髋关节Harris评分、心理状况和护理满意度。结果 出院后两组神经-肌肉-骨骼问题效果评分、髋关节Harris评分和心理状况评分均优于入院时,且观察组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 老年髋关节置换术患者实施奥马哈系统护理具有较好的效果,能够进一步改善患者的髋关节功能和心理状况,并提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of implementing Omaha system nursing for elderly patients undergoing hip replacement surgery. Methods A total of 100 elderly patients who underwent hip replacement surgery at No. 909 Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army/Southeast Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from June 2020 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group received routine clinical care for hip replacement surgery. The observation group provided clinical nursing with the Omaha system as the theoretical framework. Evaluate and compare the effectiveness scores of nerve-muscle-skeletal problems,Harris scores of hip joint, psychological status, and nursing satisfaction between two groups at different time points.Results After discharge, the nerve-muscle-skeletal problem scores, hip Harris scores, and psychological status scores of the two groups were significantly better than those at admission, and the observation group was significantly better than the control group(all P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of Omaha system nursing for elderly patients undergoing Joint replacement has a good effect, which can further improve the hip joint function and psychological status of patients, and improve nursing satisfaction.
