课程思政对于《企业价值评估》教学来说,意义重大。本文从课程思政教学改革的必要性出发,指出企业价值评估思政教学能贯彻全程育人、全方位育人理念,提出推进企业价值评估课程思政改革的设想,构建思政教学的四维模型(目标融合-内容充实-方法适用-创新实践),明确具体教学内容,并对取得的成效做出预期,以期为企业价值评估思政教学改革提供较为全面的路径参考。

It is of great significance to the teaching of enterprise value evaluation.Starting from the necessity of curriculum ideological and political teaching reform,this paper points out that the ideological and political teaching of enterprise value assessment can carry out the idea of educating students in the whole process and in an all-round way,puts forward the idea of promoting the ideological and political reform of enterprise value assessment course,constructs a four-dimensional model of ideological and political teaching(target integration-content enrichment-method application-innovative practice),defines the specific teaching content,and anticipates the achieved results.In order to provide a more comprehensive path reference for enterprise value evaluation ideological and political teaching reform.
