益生菌辅助三联疗法治疗小儿慢性胃炎的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Probiotic-Assisted Triple Therapy in Children with Chronic Gastritis

目的:探讨益生菌辅助三联疗法治疗小儿慢性胃炎的临床效果。方法:选取2019年3月—2021年10月成武县人民医院儿科收治的慢性胃炎患儿70例作为研究对象,根据随机抽签法分为对照组与干预组,各35例。对照组采用铋剂四联疗法治疗,干预组采用益生菌辅助三联疗法治疗。比较两组幽门螺杆菌根除率、治疗效果、临床症状积分、不良反应发生情况。结果:干预组幽门螺杆菌根除率、治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组食欲不振、消化不良、腹泻、腹痛积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组食欲不振、消化不良、腹泻、腹痛积分均低于治疗前,且干预组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0215)。结论:益生菌辅助三联疗法治疗小儿慢性胃炎的效果显著,患儿症状缓解更明显,安全性较高。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of probiotic-assisted triple therapy in children with chronic gastritis.Methods:From March 2019 to October 2021,70 children with chronic gastritis admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Chengwu County People's Hospital were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into control group and intervention group according to the random drawing method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with bismuth quadruple therapy,and the intervention group was treated with probiotic-assisted triple therapy.The Helicobacter pylori eradication rate,treatment effect,clinical symptom score,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The Helicobacter pylori eradication rate and total effective rate of treatment in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of poor appetite,indigestion,diarrhea and abdominal pain between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of poor appetite,indigestion,diarrhea and abdominal pain in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the intervention group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0215).Conclusion:Probiotic-assisted triple therapy has a significant effect in the treatment of chronic gastritis in children,and the symptom relief is more obvious and the safety is high.
