感觉统合训练对语言障碍患儿语言发育能力的影响分析

摘要 目的:分析感觉统合训练对语言障碍患儿语言发育能力的干预效果。方法:选取2020年9月—2021年9月广东医科大学顺德妇女儿童医院(顺德妇幼保健院)收治的语言障碍患儿30例作为研究对象,按奇偶数法分为观察组与对照组,各15例。对照组实施传统常规训练干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施感觉统合训练。比较两组发育情况、统合能力、细胞因子水平及干预效果。结果:干预后,观察组语言发育评分、社交发育评分、统合能力评分均高于对照组,胶质细胞源性神经营养因子、神经生长因子、脑源性神经营养因子水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组干预总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013)。结论:语言障碍患儿临床治疗中配合感觉统合训练能够有效促进其发育,改善语言功能,干预效果显著。 Objective:To analyze the intervention effect of sensory integration training on the language development ability of children with language disorders.Methods:A total of 30 children with language disorders admitted to Shunde Women and Children's Hospital of Guangdong Medical University(Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital of Shunde)from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to the odd and even numbering method,the children were divided into observation group and control group,with 15 cases in each group.The control group implemented traditional routine training intervention,and the observation group implemented sensory integration training on the basis of the control group.The development,integration ability,cytokine level and intervention effect of the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the language development score,social development score and integration ability score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of glial cell-derived neurotrophic factor,nerve growth factor and brainderived neurotrophic factor in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The total effective rate of intervention in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.013).Conclusion:The sensory integration training in the clinical treatment of children with language disorders can effectively promote their development and improve their language function,and the intervention effect is remarkable.
