泮托拉唑注射液联合康复新液治疗消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血效果分析

Effect Analysis of Pantoprazole Injection Combined with Kangfuxin Solution in Treatment of Peptic Ulcer with Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的:分析对消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血患者实施泮托拉唑注射液联合康复新液治疗的有效性及对身体炎性反应的改善作用。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年12月常州市武进第三人民医院消化内科收治的消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血患者80例作为研究对象,根据双盲法分成两组,各40例。对照组实施康复新液治疗,观察组实施泮托拉唑注射液联合康复新液治疗。比较两组治疗优良率、止血时间、溃疡直径及炎性因子指标。结果:观察组治疗总优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.043);观察组止血时间短于对照组、溃疡直径小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组治疗后白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、超敏C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:康复新液联合泮托拉唑注射液用于消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血治疗中的效果较为显著,能缩短患者出血时间,改善患者炎性反应,控制患者病情发展,促进患者预后。

Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of pantoprazole injection combined with Kangfuxin solution in patients with peptic ulcer and upper gastrointestinal bleeding,and the improvement effect on systemic inflammatory reaction.Methods:A total of 80 patients with peptic ulcer and upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology of Changzhou Wujin Third People's Hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups by double-blind method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Kangfuxin solution,and the observation group was treated with pantoprazole injection and Kangfuxin solution.The treatment excellent rate,hemostasis time,ulcer diameter and inflammatory factor indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:The overall excellent rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.043).The hemostasis time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the ulcer diameter in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-αand hypersensitivity C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The effect of Kangfuxin solution combined with pantoprazole injection in the treatment of peptic ulcer and upper gastrointestinal bleeding is significant which can shorten the bleeding time of patients,improve the inflammatory reaction,control the development of patients'condition,and promote the prognosis of patients.
