CT与MRI检查在结直肠癌诊断及分期中的价值分析

Value of CT and MRI in Diagnosis and Staging of Colorectal Cancer

目的:分析CT与MRI检查在结直肠癌诊断及分期中的价值。方法:选取2019年4月—2022年4月睢宁县人民医院收治的结直肠癌患者40例作为研究对象,患者术前均接受CT和MRI检查,以病理组织学诊断结果为“金标准”,比较两种检查方法诊断结直肠癌的诊断符合率,并对两种检查的影像学表现进行分析。结果:以病理组织学T分期和N分期诊断结果为“金标准”,MRI的T分期和N分期诊断符合率明显高于CT检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与CT检查相比,MRI检查用于结直肠癌诊断及分期的准确性更好,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective:To analyze the value of CT and MRI in the diagnosis and staging of colorectal cancer.Methods:A total of 40 patients with colorectal cancer diagnosed and treated in Suining County People's Hospital from April 2019 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were examined by CT and MRI before operation,and the results of histopathology were taken as the gold standard.The coincidence rate of the two examination methods in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer was compared and the imaging findings of the two examinations were analyzed.Results:Taking the results of histopathological T staging and N staging as the gold standard,the diagnostic coincidence rate of MRI T staging and N staging was significantly higher than that of CT,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with CT,MRI is more accurate in diagnosis and staging of colorectal cancer and has a higher application value.
