优质手术室护理在老年股骨颈骨折患者中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of High-Quality Operating Room Nursing in Elderly Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture

目的:探讨优质手术室护理在老年股骨颈骨折患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年9月绵阳市中心医院收治的92例老年股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各46例。对照组实施常规手术室护理,观察组采用优质手术室护理。比较两组手术及康复指标、疼痛程度、并发症发生情况、髋关节功能。结果:观察组手术时间、术后下床活动时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后6、24、48 h,观察组疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。术后1、3个月,观察组髋关节功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年股骨颈骨折患者实施优质手术室护理,可缩短手术及术后下床时间,减少术中出血量,降低术后疼痛程度及并发症发生率,改善髋关节功能,效果显著。

Objective:To explore the application effect of high-quality operating room nursing in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods:A total of 92 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture admitted to Mianyang Central Hospital from January 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine operating room nursing and the observation group implemented high-quality operating room nursing.The surgery and rehabilitation indexes,pain degree,complications and hip function in the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time and postoperative ambulation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 6,24 and 48 h after surgery,the pain scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication incidence in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).At 1 and 3 months after surgery,the hip function score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing high-quality operating room nursing for elderly patients with femoral neck fracture can shorten the operation and postoperative ambulation time,reduce intraoperative blood loss,reduce postoperative pain and complication rate,and improve hip joint function,with significant effect.
