针对性护理在支气管扩张患者雾化吸入治疗中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Targeted Nursing in Aerosol Inhalation Therapy of Patients with Bronchiectasis

目的:探讨针对性护理在支气管扩张患者雾化吸入治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年9月—2021年9月于绵阳中心医院行雾化吸入治疗的78例支气管扩张患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各39例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以针对性护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.012)。观察组每日排痰量多于对照组,血象恢复时间、体温恢复时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理后,观察组焦虑、抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理后,观察组生理功能、活力、社会功能、精神健康评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:对接受雾化吸入治疗的支气管扩张患者实施针对性护理,可显著提升护理效果,改善患者的心理状态与生活质量。

Objective:To explore the application effect of targeted nursing in aerosol inhalation therapy for patients with bronchiectasis.Methods:A total of 78 patients with bronchiectasis who received aerosol inhalation therapy in Mianyang Central Hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given targeted nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.012).The daily sputum output in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the blood test index recovery time,body temperature recovery time and length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After nursing,the self-rating scale scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After nursing,the physiological function,vitality,social function,and mental health scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:For patients with bronchiectasis who receive aerosol inhalation therapy,the implementation of targeted nursing can significantly improve the effect of nursing,improve the psychological state and quality of life of patients.
