基于控制论理念的护理干预在血液透析护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Nursing Interventions Based on Cybernetics Concept In Hemodialysis Nursing

目的:研究基于控制论理念的护理干预在血液透析(HD)护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月暨南大学附属广州红十字会医院收治的HD患者68例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各34例。对照组行常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上应用基于控制论理念的护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:干预后,研究组疲劳、抑郁、紧张、慌乱评分低于对照组;研究组自我护理能力量表各维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.031)。干预后,研究组健康调查简表各维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于控制论理念的护理干预可有效改善患者心理状态与自我护理能力,降低并发症发生风险,提高健康水平。

Objective:To study the application effect of nursing intervention based on cybernetics concept in hemodialysis(HD)nursing.Methods:A total of 68 patients with HD admitted to Guangzhou Red Cross Hospital of Jinan University from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing.On the basis of control group,the study group received nursing intervention based on cybernetics concept.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After intervention,the fatigue,depression,nervousness,and confusion scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group;The scores of each dimension of the self-care ability scale in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.031).After the intervention,the scores of each dimension of the health survey short form in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing intervention based on cybernetics concept can effectively improve the psychological state and self-care ability of patients,reduce the risk of complications and improve the health level.
