5A健康照顾模式用于中青年代谢综合征患者的效果分析

Effect Analysis of 5A Health Care Model in Young and Middle-Aged Patients with Metabolic Syndrome

目的:分析中青年代谢综合征患者应用5A健康照顾模式的价值。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年2月湖南省湘潭市中心医院收治的中青年代谢综合征患者80例作为研究对象,应用双盲法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组实施常规干预,观察组实施5A健康照顾模式。比较两组患者干预前后生存质量评分、自我管理能力评分、血压水平、血糖指标、血脂指标。结果:干预后,观察组生存质量、自我管理能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。干预后,观察组甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆固醇水平低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。干预后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、收缩压、舒张压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:5A健康照顾模式能够改进中青年代谢综合征患者的自我管理能力,改善患者的代谢状态。

Objective:To analyze the value of 5A health care model for young and middle-aged patients with metabolic syndrome.Methods:From January 2021 to February 2022,80 young and middle-aged patients with metabolic syndrome admitted to Xiangtan Central Hospital in Hunan Province were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group by double-blind method,with 40 cases each.The control group implemented routine intervention,and the observation group implemented the 5A health care model.The quality of life score,self-management ability score,blood pressure level,blood glucose index,and blood lipid index before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the quality of life score and self-management ability score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).After the intervention,the levels of triglycerides,lowdensity lipoprotein cholesterol and total cholesterol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).After the intervention,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The 5A health care model in young and middle-aged patients with metabolic syndrome can improve the self-management ability,and ameliorate the metabolic state.
