摘要 应用倒置AAO-MBBR工艺处理农村污水,系统总停留时间为18h,好氧硝化区投加聚氨酯MBBR流化填料,硝化液回流比为150%,污泥回流比为80%的条件下,对COD、NH_(3)-N、TN、TP、SS的去除率分别达到87.4%~94.9%、87.0%~94.0%、64.2%~72.2%、82.7%~93.8%、92.6%~96.4%,出水水质满足《河南省农村污水处理设施水污染物排放标准》(DB41/1820-2019)一级标准,折合运行费用为1.68元/m^(3),工艺具有运行维护简便、出水水质效果稳定、污染物去除效果好等优点。 An inverted AAO-MBBR system was applied in rural sewage treatment.The total retention time of the system was 18h,and polyurethane MBBR fluidized filler was used in the aerobic nitrification zone.It was shown that inverted AAO-MBBR system can successfully purify rural wastewater by controlling the dissolved oxygen concentration,the nitrification liquid return ratio(150%),and the sludge return ratio(80%).The removal of COD,NH_(3)-N,TN,TP,and SS reached 87.4%~94.9%,87.0%~94.0%,64.2%~72.2%,82.7%~93.8%and 92.6~96.4%,respectively,after treatment,which meets the first level criteria of Discharge standard of pollutants for rural sewage treatment facility of Henan province(DB 41/1820-2019)with operation cost of 1.68 yuan/m^(3).
