某火电厂循环水排污水预处理系统试验研究

摘要 根据循环水排污水水质,为减少膜处理系统结垢,在不同条件下进行预处理试验研究。结果表明:去除硬度和全硅之间存在相互影响的关系;氧化镁、氯化镁、硫酸镁3种镁剂中,氯化镁对全硅的去除效果最好,硫酸镁次之,氧化镁较差;氢氧化钠和氯化镁最佳投加量分别为720mg/L和800mg/L,最佳反应温度为35℃,混凝剂的最佳投加量为90mg/L,回调pH所需30%盐酸量为11mL/L,总硬度和全硅的去除率分别可达89%和79%。 To reduce scaling in membrane treatment system,study on pretreatment of circulating waste water in the fossil power plant.The results show that there is an interactive relationship between removing hardness and removing total silicon.Among MgO,MgCl_(2) and MgSO_(4),MgCl_(2) has the best removal effect on total silicon followed by MgsO_(4) and MgO.The optimal dosage of NaOH and MgCl,is 720 mg/L and 800 mg/L respectively,and the optimal reaction temperature is 35℃C.The optimal dosage of SPFS is 90 mg/L.The amount of 30%HCl required for pH correction is 1l mL/L.The removal rates of total hard and total silicon can reach 89%and 79%.
