芬顿氧化在印染废水深度处理中的工程设计 被引量:3

摘要 苏州某工业开发区污水处理厂扩建后总规模8万m^(3)/d,出水执行《关于高质量推进城乡生活污水治理三年行动计划的实施意见》中附件1苏州特别排放限值标准(以下简称“苏州特别排放限值”标准)。因进水中含较高比例印染废水,采用芬顿氧化工艺作为深度处理工艺。该工艺对二沉池出水中剩余的COD、TP、SS及色度均有高效稳定的去除,当二沉池出水COD、TP、SS和色度分别为41~69mg/L、0.40~3.72mg/L、12~25mg/L和32~64倍时,深度处理系统出水能够分别稳定在8~20mg/L、0.05~0.13mg/L、3~8mg/L和4~10倍范围内,优于排放标准。基于芬顿工艺的目标及工艺参数,结合工程设计,探讨了芬顿系统加药量、产泥量的确定,并针对芬顿氧化处理工艺的防腐、消防与安防设计要点、仪表的配置等进行了归纳总结。 After the expansion of the wastewater treatment plant in an industrial development area in Suzhou,the total scale is 8X1ot m^(3)/d,the effluent is subject to the standard of Suzhou special discharge limit.Because of the high proportion of printing and dyeing wastewater in the influent contains,the Fenton oxidation process is used as the advanced treatment process.The process can effectively and stably remove the remaining COD,TP,SS and chromaticity of the effluent from the secondary sedimentation tank.When the COD,TP,SS and chromaticity of the effluent from the secondary sedimentation tank are respectively 41~69 mg/L,0.40~3.72 mg/L,12~25 mg/L and 32~64 times,the effluent from the advanced treatment system can be stabilized within the range of 8~20 mg/L,0.05~0.13 mg/L,3~8 mg/L and 4~10 times,superior to the discharge standard.Based on the objectives and process parameters of Fenton process,combined with the engineering design,the determination of the dosage and sludge production of Fenton system is discussed,and the anti-corrosion,fire protection and security design points,instrument configuration,etc.of Fenton oxidation treatment process are summarized.
