关于《消防给水及消火栓系统技术规范》3.5.3条规定的思考

摘要 根据《消防给水及消火栓系统技术规范》3.5.3条要求,当建筑物设置自动喷水灭火系统时,多层建筑室内消火栓设计流量可折减50%,高层建筑内消火栓设计流量可减少5L/s。相关规范宜要求适时扩大民用建筑上自动喷水灭火系统的设置范围;按此条文要求在实际工程项目上酌情采用,可提升建筑实际消防安全性,同时未必增加工程项目的建安成本。 According to 3.5.3 requirements of the national standard Technical code for fire protection zwater supply and hydrant systems,when the automatic sprinkler system is installed in the building,the designed flow rate of the multi-story building indoor fire hydrant can be reduced by 50%,and the designed flow rate of the high-rise building fire hydrant can be reduced by 5 L/s.This paper considers that the relevant regulations should be required to expand the setting scope of automatic sprinkler system in civil buildings in a timely manner,according to this provision,should be adopted as appropriate in actual engineering projects,can enhance the actual fire safety of the building,and may not increase the construction safety cost of projects.
