超负荷供水维修工单派发的优化算法研究

Research on the optimal algorithm for the dispatch of overloaded maintenance orders

摘要 极端寒潮天气下,南方供水企业可能常会面临短时间维修工单暴增,以至于超过企业常规处置能力的情况。建立基于TSP的供水派单优化算法,可以实现工单自动分析并将工单及路径规划信息派发至维修人员手机APP。通过模拟、比较历史寒潮时期的工单处置,算法可有效减少紧急工单的积压时间并提升抢修指挥的工作效率。 In extreme cold waves,water supply enterprises in southern China may often face a short-term surge in maintenance orders,which even exceeds the conventional disposal capacity of enterprises.Construction of an order dispatch optimization algorithm based on TSP,could help automatically analyze maintenance orders and distribute orders and path planning information to mobile APP.By simulating and comparing the execution of historical orders during cold waves,the algorithm can effectively reduce the backlog time of emergency orders and improve the efficiency of emergency response command.
